Race Day Summary

There is a lot happening on race day! Everyone from runners to volunteers to EMS to police officers need to know where they have to be at any given moment.

For you runners, just remember the following important times: 1:00pm - 2:30pm is for packet pickup and registration. 3:00pm is when the race begins. 3:30pm to 4:30pm is when you claim the right to make an entry in your personal record book!

Tentative Race Day Schedule

  • 12:00pm - Volunteers meet at Bankers Insurance 77 Central Ave.
  • 12:30pm - Course supplies transported to mile markers and water stops. Set up packet pickup, registration area, start and finish line.
  • 1:30pm - Packet pickup and registration opens.
  • 2:30pm - Packet pickup and registration closes. Position traffic control and course monitors with verification.
  • 2:45pm - Runners gather at starting line.
  • 3:00pm - Race starts!!!
  • 3:30pm - Start tearing down the course and begin to sweep course for anyone who needs a ride.
  • 4:30pm - Awards Ceremony. PIZZA!!! BEER!!!
